The design was different for me. I have always seen the waist trainers that fit solely around your waist but never have I seen the “vest style”, so I was eager to try this out. I will say, this design gives you a ton of support for your back, and “holds everything in” very well. You attach this by the hook and eye connectors down the front and it contains three rows of “eyes” so that as your waist shrinks you can adjust the sizing. This vest holds its shape very well and is very sturdy, but not overbearingly uncomfortable at all. Just for safety concerns I wouldn’t recommend that you wear any trainer for long periods of time, but I am sure that this trainer is effective. My only dislike with this product was the smell. Right from the package this had a very strong burnt rubber type smell that I genuinely cannot get rid of. Other than that, this is a well put together waist trainer, and I would definitely recommend to any one that is looking to trim a few inches off! I was sent this to test and evaluate during the company’s promotional period. This review is based solely on my experience with this product.
