I like this waist trainer because it is simple ans easy for daily wear. The material is light and breathable so you don’t sweat and feel uncomfortable all day long. This gives me that nice look underneath my clothing. Gets rid of my little belly issue. It really helps me stand up straight also. I like the look it helps me get. It has 4 Spiral steel bone which helps the corset keep its shape but doesn’t restrict your movement. It has 3 rows of hooks so you can make it tighter as your waist gets smaller. The material is very high quality and the stitching is very well done. In my opinion these run a bit small. I am a size 34 and I got the XXL. I am happy with mine but it does feel a bit tighter than I would prefer. I would recommend getting a size larger than you think you need. But remember these are supposed to be tight. That is how it decreases your waist size.
